CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WITH THE LONGEST TRADITION IN SERBIA

      Founded in 1945 in Belgrade, today Komgrap is transformed into a Joint Stock Company organized as a Holding Corporation with 10 subsidiary companies, strong team for constructional operations and complete working process – from architectural design offices through construction material factories and construction to finishing crafts work.
After transforming to private ownership on June 27th, 2007, it became a part of the “Integral Engineering” Corporation, Laktaši (Republika Srpska), which is formed of 14 participating members.
     The main activity of subsidiary companies in Komgrap group, with 850 employees from which 74 experts with at least bachelor degree and 776 production workers of different specialties and professions, covers all of the construction work, from civil engineering to building construction – from design and preparation of documents to completion of very complex structures. Over 140.000 built apartments from the foundation till present times speak clearly about Komgrap’s constructing capabilities, as well as the fact that we have built the area of about 6 million square meters of shopping malls, sport centers, hotels, offices and many other structures – which combined would make a large city. Komgrap also posses three halls: 3000 m2 (Železnik), 4000 m2 i 200 m2 (Kijevo, Rakovica), property 18 ha (alongside Šabački Road - Obrenovac); 8.,7 ha Makiš; 3,9 ha Kijevo, uses about 10 ha in Železnik; 6 concrete factory and 635 beds for employees.
     Other than constructing different structures in Serbia, Komgrap made a reputation in building construction, steel construction and civil engineering of the infrastructure on three continents – Europe, Asia, and Africa.
     Today, Komgrap represents a modern construction company, adjustable to new investment market, in the country and abroad, which continues with tradition of quality and reliable construction work, with special attention to the environment protection.
